Brooke Lance
5’9″ Female Athlete, Dunker, and Content Creator
Training to dunk on a standard 10-foot basketball rim as a 5’9″ female athlete from Minnesota. I grew up dancing and have now dedicated my training to achieving something few women have done. From my first dunk at 9’6″ to grabbing the full 10-foot rim, I’m documenting every step of my journey through content creation across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — inspiring others to chase big goals along the way.
Why?
Using My Journey To Inspire Growth In Others
I’m Brooke Lance, an 18-year-old athlete from Minnesota standing at 5’9″. I grew up dancing and have now dedicated my training to achieving something few female athletes have done — dunking on a standard 10-foot basketball rim. Through programs like JumpX Training and events like The Dunk Camp, I’m pushing the boundaries of what’s possible for women in the sport of dunking.
My goal goes beyond personal achievement. I want to grow the sport of dunking on the female side, inspire other young women to chase ambitious athletic goals, and show that with dedication and the right training, the impossible becomes possible. Through my content and community, I want to help grow the female side of dunking and show that it’s a sport for everyone.
