🏀 5’9” Female Dunker From Minnesota

Dunker. Creator. Trailblazer.

5’9” Dunker • Content Creator • JumpX Training Athlete • Minnesota Dunk Squad

I grew up dancing and have now dedicated my training to something few women have ever done: dunking on a standard 10-foot basketball rim. From my first dunk at 9’6” to grabbing the full 10-foot rim, I’m documenting every step of the journey.

The Goal

Dunking on a regulation 10-foot rim.

Few women in the world have ever dunked on a standard 10-foot basketball rim. Through JumpX Training and events like The Dunk Camp, I’m pushing the boundaries of what’s possible for women in the sport of dunking.

My goal goes beyond personal achievement. I want to grow the sport of dunking on the female side, and show others what becomes possible when you commit to a big goal and document the work.
